    Workout: Pain
    No FNG’s so right into Mission and Principles:
    F3 – Fitness, Fellowship, Faith
    The Mission of F3 is to plant, grow and serve small workout groups for men for the invigoration of male community leadership
    The core principles of F3 are that it must:
    Be free of charge
    Be open to all men
    Be held outdoors, rain or shine, heat or cold
    Be led by men who participate in the workout in a rotating fashion, with no training or certification necessary.
    End with a Circle of Trust

    Credo: Leave no man behind but leave no man where you find him.

    Disclaimer: You versus you. Modify or stop an exercise if you need to. The most important thing is that nobody gets hurt.

    Warm up: Chainbreakers (IC), Michael Phelps and Arm Circles (OYO), Windmills (IC), Mountain Climbers (IC)
    The Thang:
    Cones set up in parking (approx 40 yds apart) island to island
    Round One – Elevens with HR Merkins and Squats
    Round Two – Twenty Ones (Start with 5 reps at one end and 16 reps at the other): Imperial Walkers and LBC’s
    Round Three – Thirty Ones (Start with 10 reps and one end and 21 reps at the other): Two Count Flutter Kicks and Lunges (1=1).
    For rounds one thru three there was a whistle every three minutes in which the PAX were to perform three burpees and then continue.
    Finale: Perform one Merkin, Bear Crawl to next parking line, perform two merkins, etc until 6th parking line. Then flapjack to Crab Walk position (heading back to start line), perform one BBSU, Crab Walk to next line, perform two BBSU’s, etc.
    Time was called.
