4 corner workout with a middle station forming an “X”. Stacked work of 4 exercises at each station. 1. 10 reps of merkins, wide merkins, HR merkins, Mike Tyson’s 2. 15 reps of shoulder taps (2:1), Mtn climbers (4ct), monkey humpers, Lt Dan’s 3. 20 reps with Cindy – bent over rows, kettle swings, shoulder presses, curls 4. 25 reps LBC’s, Freddie Mercs, imperial walkers, Superman’s. After each trip to a station, return to the middle for X-Factors (2,4,8,16 count, doubled as you move through the “X” each time.48 count squats for each Pax in honor of Lego’s 48th birthday!
