4 stations plus the Axis in the middle
Pax will do 20 of each exercise at the station they start at and will proceed to the Axis, where they will do 2 burpees. After burpees they will proceed to the next station in a clockwise fashion. This will continue until the round is complete. There will be 3 x 10 minute rds.
Round 1 (Legs – Blue)
Station 1: Squats
Station 2: Bonnie Blairs (Jump Lunges) 2:1
Station 3: Jump Tucks
Station 4: Lateral Hops (Over or behind block)
Round 2 (Abs – Yellow)
Station 1: LBC’s (Crunches)
Station 2: American Hammers (2:1)
Station 3: Flutter Kicks (2:1)
Station 4: Sit-Up (With or Without Block)
Round 3 (Arms – Green)
Station 1: Muricans (push-up)
Station 2: Alternating Shoulder Tap (1:1)
