    One partner does the workout. The other carries the block to the cone, runs the rest of the hill.

    Partner switches. He runs up to the cone where the block is and carries it up the rest of the hill. Same format on the way down.

    Ladder – suicide up and back down
    Golf ball galaxy: transport the golf ball from one bucket to another. First one we had to climb stairs. Second was up top from the statue to the flagpole. Had to perform the workout before you could take one golf ball move it to the next bucket.

    -1st bucket – Bonnie Blair’s – 20 (2 is 1)
    -2nd bucket – AH 25 (2 is 1)
