Workout name: Off Ramps-On Ramps
Warmup: None
The THANG:
Ran up and over the bridge to the Maumee side, (OFF RAMP)
Then went under the bridge and back up (ON RAMP)
Crossed the bridge now on the other side to Orleans Park (OFF RAMP)
jogged backwards through Orleans parking lot
Then went back under the bridge starting back at our 1st (ON RAMP)
Rinse and Repeat sprinting the ON RAMPS which are basically those going up and jogging backwards through Orleans parking lot.
One lap is approx. 1.1 mile. Some PAX got in 5 laps while some got in 4 laps.

***I was blown away of the story of how Mile High got his name from a race in Denver that involved donkeys, a rainbow family in the mountains that grew special plants and other details in the story as well. Quite interesting
