Opening and warmups. Warmups were just stretching
Beatdown was supposed to be suicides all 100 yards of football field with different exercises thrown in every 10 yards, but there were no parking lot lights and it was impossible to see yard markers. We did 1 complete suicide just regular with no exercises and realized it was really slippery and couldn’t make out yard markers. Called an audible and did some block work.
