  • The Armory (Waterville Library) – Benjamin “Rudy” Hoipkemier

    Reverse-A-Bomb

Teams competed to move “bombs” across the playing field. They earned the opportunity to move a bomb by performing exercises. Once the bomb reached the opponent’s side, a point is awarded. 2 of the rounds ended with winners, with the rest ending in a stalemate. Next time the field size will be shortened in order to increase the score. We had a guest PAX member, Squeegee, who came from downrange.

Our mission is to plant, grow and serve small workout groups for men for the invigoration of male community leadership.
Five principles are open to all men, always free, always outdoors, always led by a member of the pax. Only you know your medical history so modify if needed. End in a circle of trust.

Credo is leave no man behind, but leave no man where you find him.

    Workout name: Duck, Duck, Goose

Warmup: jacked up (50 SSH’s, 40 Seal Jacks, 30 Crossover Jacks, 20 Shoulder Tap Plank Jacks, 10 Smurf Jacks). All 2 for 1.

    The THANG:

Get in a circle, one person is selected as the goose. The goose has to do a MOT around the circle once, then he can tag. The other PAX do the workout. Once the goose tags the duck, both race around the circle back to where the bench is. If a person does get tagged, they have to be the goose again for one more time.
