Had each pax choose or chance (roll die) to select the group.
Tabata timer for 60 seconds each exercise, 30 second break, 45 seconds for each, 30 second break, 30 seconds each, 30 second break per set.
Set 1 (roll by Fallout) Rows, Block Squat, Box Cutters (holding block), Man Maker. Set 2 (choice by Armstrong) Dips, Calf Raises, LBC's, Absolution. Set 3 (roll by Pinto) Block Press, Toe taps, Flutter Kick (holding block), Block pull-through Murican.
