   4 cones were set up at the ends and sides of the circle with reps determined by rolling 1 dice. Cone 1 was always 5 motivators and around the world (by dice #) if we had Cindy with us.
   Cone 1: 5 Motivators & around the world
   Cone 2: Carry Cindy with you for Elaine’s (hold the block to your chest and push out like Elaine Benes “Get Out!” from Seinfeld) and leave Cindy behind to mosey on
   Cone 3: Squats
   Cone 4: Merkins
   Back to Cone 1 for motivators then turn around and mosey to cone 4 to until you get back to cone 1 for Elaine’s. Carry Cindy back to cone 1 for motivators and around the worlds. After that turn around and carry Cindy back to Cone 1 and repeat going back and fourth.
