1. Today’s beatdown (Big Baller Brand) was a follow up to my favorite new sport introduced by Woodstock called Swamp Ball. Swamp Ball, as pointed out by Mercy, will quickly become the “Official Game of the Black Swamp”. Gulliver will get us all Swamp Ball swag soon, I’m sure. Instead of a glow-up football, we used a traditional basketball and played several rounds of knockout. After each game we completed the exercises below with a basketball in hand, which I believe intensified things a bit. It was raining at the start of the beatdown so our balls were wet and difficult to grip. Charlotte had a slight “misstep” and ending up 6-first on the ground while chasing after his ball. Lastly, we were honored to be in the presence of one of the Ball brothers, Lonzo. Would have been epic to have seen the return of Lavar at the beatdown. There was also some discussion during the COT about who the other ball brothers are, and there names.

   20: American slammers
   Attempted-murder bunnies (BACKWARD)→ back to start
   20: Rainbow lunges 2:1

   Knockout – game 2

   Do the following with a basketball:
   20: Superman’s – we did american slammers again due to rain
   Lateral Ape (RIGHT)→to other end of court
   20: Flutter kicks (2:1)
   Lateral Ape (LEFT )→ back to start
   10: Burpees
