The “Double Cross”
Setup Cones in an X. Diagonals approx. 50 yards apart. Ends About 25 yards.The THANG: Pax and partner start at opposing ends of the X.
1.) Bear crawl or BBJ from cone 1 to cone 2 on your end of the X
2.) Perform work at cone 2
3.) SPRINT the X shape across the diagonal to far cone.
4.) Repeato on opposite end.
*Try and beat your partner to the center of the X on the Sprint.

Round One “Surf and Smurf”
At each of the 2 Work Stations you perform:
Surfer Get Ups and Smurf Jacks. Start with 2 Reps of Surfers and 10 reps of Smurfs, then add 2 reps each time. So 4 and 14, 6, and 16…so on.
Movement is Burpee Broad JumpsRound Two “Ass Slap’n and Hand Clap’n”
At each of the 2 Work Stations you perform:
Ass Slap’n and Hand Clap’n Merkins and Ass Slap’n and Hand Clap’n Squats. Start with 2 Reps of Each, then Double the reps each time
Movement is Bear CrawlsRound Three “Absolurpee!”
At each of the 2 Work Stations you perform:
Absolutions and Burpees. Start with 2 Reps of Each, then add two reps each time.
Movement is Burpee Broad JumpsCOR, NOR, Mercy with his 6.
