Located in the heart of Maumee, Ohio is Wakanda the home of the Maumee Panthers. Physical education starts early on Thursdays for men of the Black Swamp.
Meatloaf and the Q Landslide were the only ones to show up today. We did a rotation workout that kept us off the ground. We did 10 reps of pull ups, 10 man makers, 40 dips, 25 overhead presses and 25 curls. A good arm/upper body workout. we just kept going through the rotation.
