Intro: Mission & Principles Core. Mosey around the bus loop then schlep blocks across the snowy field to the B-ball court.
Thang: workout entitled “50” because it was my 50th Q.

7×3 grid on the board. 7 rows (rounds) with related exercises at 3 lvls of difficulty. PAX choice of which level to attempt for each round, and everything was OYO so everyone can challenge himself in terms of intensity. Complete 50 reps of the exercise. Free to complete the rows in any order and at any level on each row. IF a PAX can complete all 7 rows, then pick another difficulty and do some rows again.1: Block rows/ aussies/ pull-us

7: Curl/Overhead Press/Thruster.Men really got after it, most completing 10 or more exercises. Majority taking on the high challenge. What an inspiration in 2° weather.
