Located in the heart of Maumee, Ohio is Wakanda the home of the Maumee Panthers. Physical education starts early on Thursdays for men of the Black Swamp.
The original q was unable to make it. And the fill in q did not show. In the original event description, a block was required and pullups were mentioned. Wakanda is the best place for pullups, and the site of the original Q’s first Murph.
So using that inspiration and our blocks, we headed to the pullup bars. Pulllups, merkins on the block, curls with block, squats with block. Round 1 was 1 rep of each. Round 2, 2 reps, etc.
We Went to round 15, took a lap and circled up with a deck of cards. Burpees, hand release merkins, lt dans, and we never pulled the 4th suit.
