F3 – Fitness, Fellowship, Faith
Mission –Plant, grow and serve small workout groups for men for the invigoration of male community leadership.
The core principles of F3 are that it must:
Be free of charge
Be open to all men
Be held outdoors, rain or shine, heat or cold (except when the governor says we have to stay home)
Be led by men who participate in the workout in a rotating fashion, with no training or certification necessary. You versus you. Modify or stop an exercise if you need to. The most important thing is that nobody gets hurt.
End with a Circle of Trust
The “Thang”:
Chad 1000X WOD in honor of Chad Wilkinson, military veteran who committed suicide due to PTSD. One-thousand (or AMRAP) step ups with weighted ruck or vest or slick (no weight). You v. You.
We ended in a Circle of Trust with Count-O-Rama, Name-O-Rama, The Six, Announcements and a prayer.
Woodstock was the six and talked about how this group helped him grow in his fellowship and faith. Was Eh’d by Mickey and other F3Toledo PAX at McQueens race four years ago.
Announcements: Blue Creek AO Launch tomorrow 11-12. Thanksgiving convergence at Foundry. Ruck/beatdown at 5:30. Football at 6:30. Christmas Day Saturday AO’s will shift to Friday.
Prayers for Mike, Max, Ashley and all those who have, are and will defend our country.
