THE THANG: Tabata style block workout with optional recovery runs. The tabata was set for 35 seconds on 10 seconds rest/move to station. We had 5 stations with various block exercises including: swings, alternating hand merkins on block, inclined/declined merkins, thrusters, 3 stations with blockees, skull crushers, etc.
