Warmup:
Today is the anniversary of Thomas Edison inventing a commercially viable incandescent light bulb, on this date in 1879. In honor this we started with the 21s.
21s – Sidestraddle Hops in 4-Count. Q count to 5, then Super Secret Cadence, everyone ending on 21 with threat of penalty. Lonzo may have moved a tiny bit, but we moved on for the sake of time.
The Thang:
First guy rolls the dice to choose one of six exercises, then rolls to choose reps (1=10, 2=20, etc.). While the rest of the PAX do the reps, the dice roller moseys approx 100yds to flag pole and does the dice roll total of burpees (ie. rolled 4 for exercise, 4 for 40 reps = 8 burpees). Then next guy rolls dice, moseys, burpees, etc. If anyone finishes set early, squat til everyone finishes. Did first set of exercises for approx 20 minutes then switched the second set. Exercises were as follows:

4 – Mountain Climbers 2:1
5 – Big Boi Sit-ups
6 – Bonnie Blairs 2:1
Set Two
1 – Up/Down Hand Claps
2 – Wipers 2:1
3 – Curtsy Lunges 2:1
4 – Plank Jacks
5 – Crunchy Frogs
6 – Mike Tysons
Lightning seemed to be getting closer so we wrapped up with Krabby Patty leading us in some stretches.
