Intro, Mission, Principles
Simple format – Circle up – 2 PAX go do max pullups, the rest of the PAX match the number of reps with merkins. While the 2 PAX are doing their pullups, the remaining PAX do squats.
There’s only one way to get better at pullups – there are no substitues. You gotta do pullups to get better.
Lonzo, Rudy, and Mercy and some others do a Murph or a variation of it every Tuesday – we all need more pullups in our lives. It was great to see everyone putting in effort on the pullups.
