Located in the heart of Maumee, Ohio is Wakanda the home of the Maumee Panthers. Physical education starts early on Thursdays for men of the Black Swamp.
We had a fun workout this morning. attending were Dave Lyman Ramsey, Rick Huckleberry Thielen, Josh Lonzo Hoot, Matt Stark Yarder, Jonathon Bourbon Burns, Logan Shawshank Scheurer, Alec Meatloaf Falkenberg, Thomas Mercy Morrissey, Nicholas Coop Huffman, Ben Rudy Hoipkemier, Luke Charlotte ?, & the Q Mark Landslide Trimble. Our work out consisted of 4 stations where you did a round at a station and rotated stations for each round.Round one at each station was 15 burpees. Round two was 60 reps of Big Boy setups, Merkins, squats and curls with a block. Round three was 15 reps of starfish sit ups 2=1, Diamond Merkins, Lieutenant Dans, and Manmakers.Round four was 60 reps of American gamers 2=1, South Carolina Drydocks, Bonnie Blairs 2=1 and overhead presses with a block. We ended in a circle of trust.
