The Beatdown:
This beatdown was intended to keep the body moving with minimal to no breaks. The beatdown structure included four rounds as follows:
Round 1: 15 burpees, 30 Big Boy Situps, run lap around front of school
Round 2: 30 Merkins, 50 Side Stradle Hops, run lap around front of school
Round 3: 20 Flutterkicks (2=1), 30 Squats, run to playground for Round 4
Round 4: Max reps pullups, max reps dips, repeat Rounds 1-4 until Beatdown’s conclusion
Due to starting alittle late (several PAXs stuck by train) the laps were made shorter instead of around the front of the school. Three full rounds were completed in 45 minutes.
COT (Count and Name-O-Rama), announcements, and prayers (Barney’s family and Sokrates donating bone marrow).
