Located in the heart of Maumee, Ohio is Wakanda the home of the Maumee Panthers. Physical education starts early on Thursdays for men of the Black Swamp.
We had six men for this glorious mornings beatdown. They were Josh Lonzo Hoot, Joseph Alan Charlotte Parker, Alec Meatloaf Falkenberg, Jamal All In Green, Ben Crabby Patty Jackson and the Q, Mark Landslide Trimble.
We started with side straddle hops and then went for a small run around the oval. We then went to the playground. We did 5-10 pull ups, 20 merkins, 30 squats, 10 burpees, 10 starfish sit ups and then ran across the field to the paved path and back. When finished, we then repeated the above. With a great morning sun, we ended in a circle of trust.
