It was raining, and it was time to test the F3 Deck of cards – were they truly waterproof? Only one way to find out.
If you !Q a beatdown at Wakanda, and don’t incorporate pull-ups, did you even do a beatdown?
Ace & Face cards – 10 pull-ups. Potential for 160 Pull-ups.
Diamond number cards- 10 plus the number on the card – Merkins
Clubs -10 plus the number on the card – Squats
Hearts – 10 plus the number on the card – Imperial Walkers
Spades – The number on the card – Lt Dan’s.
Joker – 1 lap
With a barely shuffled deck, drawing 2 cards at a time, there were 2 sets of 20 pullups in a row, and the Jokers were pulled back to back. The PAX did 110 pull-ups total in the gloom.
The deck of cards beatdown is a classic and easy Q, that lends itself to all sorts of variety and creativity.
