we had 7 wonderful men at the beatdown. They were Josh Woodstock Brown, Alec Meatloaf Falkenberg, Josh Lonzo Hoot, Dave Lyman Ramsey, Steve Footloose Mohr, ? Crabby Patty Jackson and the Q Mark Landslide Trimble. Our beatdown consisted of 4 cones, approximately 10 yards apart where we did did an exercise between each cone and we did an exercise at each cone. Once at the last cone you ran back to the first cone.Then you started the next set of exercise between the cones and then at each cone. The exercises started with the Bear crawl between each cone and military merkins 20 reps at each cone. Then each set in order was bear crawl/american hammers 20-2=1, Karoke/Burpees 10, Karaoke/Freddy Mercury’s 20-2=1, walk backwards/Diamond Merkins 10, duck walk/Starfish sit-ups 10-2=1, bunny hop/wide merkins 20, lunge/flutter kick 20-2=1, Lt Dans/overhead presses 20, walk/BB sit-ups 20. If you finished, you got to start over.
