Tabata (20 seconds work / 10 seconds reset) 8 rounds and then a 1 minute mosey/active rest.
The Pax were not as loquacious as other days in the gloom. Very little mumblechatter until an explanation of the birds and the bees was shared to a fellow Pax. An impromptu, although brief, anatomy lesson was also shared regarding blood flow to certain parts of the body. This discussion seemed to wake up the Pax and the word count increased significantly.
