   Potential rain made me shy away from how I wanted to set this beatdown up, but it actually made it harder which left us smoked

   Warm up:
   Windmills, potato pickers, chain breakers, side straddle hops

   The Thang:
   We stayed in one lane on a side of the island and met in the middle to do an exercise then ran to the flagpole back to the fence and back to the center for the next exercise.

   2 10 second merkins (down for 10 seconds, hold, up for 10 seconds)

   Personal AAR:
   Pivot for rain when it actually rains. The storm blew by so I could have set things up the way I wanted, but we did hit this harder than normal without the planned layout. I liked it a bit more in the end. I would change this to a times workout per exercise to give room for mumble chatter and need to learn the EMOM timer on my phone
