   MPC Week 1 #2

   This MPC workout was a team approach. The format was a 4 stations in a square, with a station in the middle.

   After doing reps at each station, run to middle to do 3 burpees, then to next station. Run to middle after every station to do 3 burpees.

   after completing a revolution – all 4 stations plus burpees in middle after each station, draw card from deck and throw into your team’s box

   Stations:

   First Half: 5 Pull-ups, 10 mike tyson, 15 imperial walkers, 20 air press

   3 burpees in center after every station

   Halftime

   Second half: 5 pullups, 10 merkins, 15, squats, 20 SSH

   3 burpees in center after every station

   Number cards worth their number value, face cards and aces worth 10

   With a few cards left in the deck:
   Team 1: 165
   Team 2: 166

   All 6 gained points in the MPC. Standings to be released soon.
