A gorgeous morning in the gloom. There are 50 official days of summer left and I am enjoying every last warm gloomy morning with F3 I can!
Warmup
Mosey around safety city and then hang on the monkey bars until the last man (Lonzo today) is standing and mosey back to the starting point.
The Thang
Attached to almost 500 feet of rope in order to cross the field was a 60LB sandbag. One pax would pull the bag to the middle of Wakanda while the others did an exercise. Then we moseyed around to the side and did jump rope (or side straddle hops if you didn’t have one) until one of us failed. This worked out because the man doing SSH’s was the one pulling next. No exercise on the other side so we moseyed back to the rope starting area. Pax not pulling varied exercises between legs and abs with squats, calf raises, box cutters, flutter kicks, Lieutenant Dan’s, & lunges. Each man got to pull the bag the full distance but we switched back to half field after. After the last lap Lonzo and Thor rifle carried their Cindy’s to the sandbag and I carried the bag back, we started count-o-rama and closed for the morning.
