The Thang
We divided the Wakanda circle into 4 stations with a mosey between.
50 curls with Cindy, 50 jump rope, 50 squats, 50 lbc or BBS
We did this twice then switched it to
Around the world X20 (10 each direction), calf raises, imperial walkers, mountain climbers. Running out of time we turned around after mountain climbers (at the lbc station) and did hillbilly walkers, calf raises, and ended with around the world. It’s not a Gulliver beatdown if it’s not a little complicated right?
