The Thang: We headed to the back parking lot, and ran back and forth across the parking lot. At one end of the parking lot we did merkins, at the other end we mixed things up, and did squats, lunges, tricep dips, flutter kicks, American hammers, Freddy Mercury’s and LBCs.
I appreciate the support and patience of all who showed up as I learned to call out the cadence.
