WR/DB drills round 1:
2 lines facing each other 5 yards apart. On go line 1 sprints out 5 yards, line 2 backpedals 5 yards. Line 1 does 10 jump squats, line 2 does 5 burpees. Reverse. Then do 10/10, 15/15, and 20/20 and 25/25.
Lines facing, line 1 high knees, line 2 butt kickers. 20 count. Flip
Lines facing. Slow line drill. On ready drop to squat. On go 1 down to 5 Carolina dry docks back to squat. On go 2 down to 5 Merkins back to squat. On go 3 10 plank jacks back to squat. Q called numbers randomly finish with squat hold for pax count off.
Lb/rb drills (get low) – line 2 lunge walk backward and line 1 lunge forward. Every 5yards ape hop 10 yards away from each other, do 10 smurf jacks, sprint back and reverse the lunges, repeat everything else.
WR/DB drills round 2 sub 5 lt dan’s for burpees and 10 merkins for jump squats.
