After going over the mission of F3 and the 5 core principles, the PAX got to work.
In the COT, prayers were lifted up for schools/teachers/kids, our military, veterans and the families of those who’ve died protecting our rights.
Always an honor to lead this group of men! Aye!
THE THANG: 9 stations arranged down a parking lot, every 3rd space used. The PAX at the end of the line does 10 burpees and runs back to the end of the line and serves as the timer for when the rest move to the next station. The rest of the PAX does AMRAP until the space in front of them opens up; they move to that station as quickly as possible and perform the next exercise, etc.
