Toe balance squat:
Stand on block with toes together and heels slightly apart.
Slowly bend knees while pressing thighs and heels together.
Lift heels off the block and press the balls of your feet down, keeping core activated. Try to keep spine straight as you go lower. How low can you go? Get there and hold for 10 count. Repeat 10 times. Up bottom – keep knees together.Mosy to pullup bar, 10 reps. Mosy back to block.
Merkin block drags. From plank position. Grab block and drag it through. Put other hand on it and press up to a side plank. 5 count. Down to 5 unbalanced Merkins. Drag opposite way, repeat. 6 rounds.
Mosy to pullup bars. 10 reps.
Step up on block and raise to single leg stance. Hold for 10 seconds. Step down and do a pistol squat same leg. Repeat on opposite leg. Keep alternating 10 reps. Up button – single leg on toes for 10 count.
Mosy to pullup bars. 10 reps

Plank hold – 1 arm extension for 10, opposite leg for 10, opposite arm for 10, opposite leg for 10. X2 10 Merkins.Step up high knees to opposite elbow. Alternate legs. 10 reps.
