This boot camp style workout site has it all. Hills, ramps, basketball courts, ball field, steps, playground, open space and a picturesque view of the mighty Maumee. There’s even a giant Black Swamp frog. The possibilities are endless.

Normal warm ups: windmills, mosey, SSH, chain breakers
Then we got to work:
1 pax on sled- pulling it end over end with a rope then ran to opposite cone and repeated
Other pax did the station work.
Mid way we switched to pushing sled which was way better for workout
Station work:
Squat with big block
Thrust with small block

At the end we threw all the weight on and each took a turn
