I got smart and made a route on the streets and for the most part kept our feet dry. Half of us switched out burpees for pull ups but we all got it done and got better.
100 pull ups, 200 Merkins, 300 squats. 5/10/15 EMOM style.
Viper somehow keeps getting the 6 and we also had a rare sighting of a Cinnamons completing the murph as we started.
On to murph 4, the soreness is starting to set in.
