F3 – Fitness, Fellowship, Faith
Mission –Plant, grow and serve small workout groups for men for the invigoration of male community leadership.
The core principles of F3 are that it must:
Be free of charge
Be open to all men
Be held outdoors, rain or shine, heat or cold (except when the governor says we have to stay home)
Be led by men who participate in the workout in a rotating fashion, with no training or certification necessary. You versus you. Modify or stop an exercise if you need to. The most important thing is that nobody gets hurt.
End with a Circle of Trust

Warm Up: Mosey to basketball court
Game of Knockout to determine order.

The “Thang”:

Basketball BLIMPS:
All PAX at one end of basketball court. One PAX is the shooter. Dribbles to far end for a layup. Three chances. Dribbles back to end with PAX for a free throw. Three chances. Next PAX goes.

Other PAX are performing exercises:
B-Burpees, L-Lunges, I-Imperial Walkers, M-Merkins, P-Plank Jacks, S-Squats (other exercises were performed as well.

Switch exercises for each PAX

Red Devil halfway through. And another game of Knockout. Then a Red Devil to finish things up.

We ended in a Circle of Trust with Count-O-Rama, Name-O-Rama, The Six, Announcements and a prayer.

The Six: Bourbon – Got his name because he is from Kentucky. F3 to him means more than just 1st and 2nd F but it is the 3rd F and the impact we make on our families and communities.
