Workout. Run to first light pole do 5 burpees then run back. Run to second pole do 10 hand release merkins, go back to first pole and do 5 burpees then back. Do this for every set. Next 15 diamond merkins, 20 wide merkins, 25 merkins
Second time through. 5 Lt dans, 10 lunges, 15 squats, 20 monkey humpers, 25 calf raises.
Third: 5 big boy sit ups, 10 bicycles, 15 flutter kicks, 20 American hammers, 25 lbcs.
