This boot camp style workout site has it all. Hills, ramps, basketball courts, ball field, steps, playground, open space and a picturesque view of the mighty Maumee. There’s even a giant Black Swamp frog. The possibilities are endless.

Did a nice warmup run
The work:
23 different exercises. 23 reps each. Alternated between a run and SSH’s between each exercise. Made it through a little over half of the exercises:
Merkins
Captain Thor
Pickle pounders
Burpees
Hillbilly squats
Etc.
Cot: prayer intentions: relationships with wives and kids, the weather.
Had great convos about working in schools and class management, really good beatdown and mumble chatter. Learned a lot.

After going over the mission of F3 and the 5 core principles, the PAX got to work.
In the COT, prayers were lifted up for our troops, first responders and military.
Always an honor to lead this group of men! Aye!
THE THANG: Lucky 7’s was the theme. Four rows of cones set up 3 parking spaces apart. Exercises were named at the beginning of the first row, did 7 at each cone down and back for 7 sets of 7 reps each. We alternated a movement down and back between exercise as active rests.
Exercises: merkins, squats, LBCs, mountain climbers, twinkle toes, supermans, burpees, Lt Dans and big boys.
