Q ~ RavenOn the anniversary of the official end of the Iranian Hostage Crisis, we paid homage to the 52 U.S. diplomats and citizens who, in 1979, were taken hostage by a large group of militarized college students in Iran. The US embassy in Iran was overtaken by these students and the hostages were mentally and emotionally tortured, for 444 days.
The Thang:
We partnered up for this BD. One partner did work while the other farmer carried 2 kettlebells (25lb & 35lb) up the hill.
We had 7 different exercises for the work at the bottom of the hill. For each exercise all 4 PAX combined their rep count until we reached 444 total for each exercise.
Exercises as follows:
1. Merkins
2. Flutter Kicks (4 is 1)
3. Sumo Squats
4. Single leg raise (2 is 1)
5. American Hammers (2 is 1)
6. Monkey Hummpers
7. Glute BridgesI believe we only got to Leg Raises. YHC may or may not have underestimated how long it takes to complete 444 reps.
