Site Q - Raven
This boot camp style workout site has it all. Hills, ramps, basketball courts, ball field, steps, playground, open space and a picturesque view of the mighty Maumee. There’s even a giant Black Swamp frog. The possibilities are endless.

No FNG’s so right into Mission and Principles:
F3 – Fitness, Fellowship, Faith
Mission – Plant, grow and serve small workout groups for men for the invigoration of male community leadership.
The core principles of F3 are that it must:
Be free of charge
Be open to all men
Be held outdoors, rain or shine, heat or cold
Be led by men who participate in the workout in a rotating fashion, with no training or certification necessary. You versus you. Modify or stop an exercise if you need to. The most important thing is that nobody gets hurt.
End with a Circle of Trust
Warm Up all 10 count in cadence: Side Straddle Hops, Windmills, High Knees
Mosey to Basketball Court
Hard surfaces were a little slick so we performed the workout in the grass area next to the basketball court.
Elevens: Round One – Merkins and Squats. Round Two – Bonnie Blairs and American Hammers. Round Three under pavilion – Dips and Decline Merkins with five steps ups as transition. Truncated Round Four – Big Boy Sit Ups and Burpees
Time was called and we mosied back to the parking lot for:
Count-O-Rama – Four
Circle of Trust
Sharing of the six – Geppetto – EH’d by Colonel, been in a rut lately but this group motivates me to try and get back on track.
Announcements: Playhouse Build opportunity, Winter Challenge in full swing.
Ball of Man – Prayers for Van Gogh’s family as they anticipate the birth of their 2nd child, Raven’s sister who had Covid, Dutch’s ankle.
Spreadsheets from the Gloom: High 20’s. Slick. Tried to stay off the pavement as much as possible.
It was an honor to lead.
