Mosey and warmup in two spots. (Exercises were side straddle hops, Peter Parker’s, and harry rockets then John travoltras, Bobby Hurley a, and surfer get ups.Two squares inside of each other. Idea is to get the heart rate up and don’t let it stop. Partner up, one guy does the big square while the other does the small square. When finished, do 10 burpees together.
