WarmUp:
1. Armburners(my specialty). in cadence 15 forward arm circles, 15 backward armcircles, 15 seal claps, 15 overhead claps…feel the burn, no rest in between
2. Jog to the end of the path and back
3. Partnered up into groups: 10 American Hammers passing the ball, 10 Pushups passing the ball, 10 big boy situps passing the ballThe Work:
1 Pax would be throwing the ball up on the wall, catching it, squatting down and touching ground.The other pax would run to flag pole and do exercises. Run back and swap places.
