Boot camp style workout. On the River. Amazing way to watch the sun come up and start the day with sweat pouring over your rejuvenated soul. Some ramps, lots of steps, a little concrete, a little grass, all the fixens for beautifully scripted beatdown!

Best Parking is on Cherry Street. **Please be considerate when you park on the side streets, keep the Mumblechatter at a minimum out of respect for the residents.**

    47 single side straddle hops

    We did the Hannibal workout in celebration of my 47th Birthday that was yesterday the 15th we did.
    H-and Release Merkins
    A-nkle Biters (2is1)
    N-arwhals (glute bridge with one leg raised)(2is1)
    N-arrow Squats
    I-ndian Style LBCs (legs criss cross apple sauce)(most weren’t flexible enough)
    B-ear Squats
    A-ngry Donkey Kicks (just donkey kicks)
    3 did work while 3 ran the bottom loop at the wall. When you hit 47 reps you moved to the next exercise.
    Then we did indian run style wall sits but instead of run we bear crawled.
