We did the Hannibal workout in celebration of my 47th Birthday that was yesterday the 15th we did.

N-arrow Squats
I-ndian Style LBCs (legs criss cross apple sauce)(most weren’t flexible enough)
B-ear Squats
A-ngry Donkey Kicks (just donkey kicks)
L-BCs
3 did work while 3 ran the bottom loop at the wall. When you hit 47 reps you moved to the next exercise.
Then we did indian run style wall sits but instead of run we bear crawled.counterama, nameorama, 6 (Montoya), announcements, prayer.
