Backblast for the Wall on 4/7/2022
Workout entitled “Olympus Mons” named for the largest mountain in the solar system, located on planet MARS.

Warmup: Side Straddle Hops, Chainbreakers, WindmillsTHANG

MARS = Monkey Jumper, Absolution, Rockette Dip (2 is 1), Step Up (2 is 1)Mountain style work:
Perform 1 rep of each exercise, then run down the stairs, complete 10 merkins and 10 SSH then run back to top.
Perform 2 reps of each exercise, then complete the stairs/merkins/SSH/stairs circuit.Continue ascending number of reps at the work station, interspursed with the stairs circuit.
PAX completed between 6 and 10 levels of the MARS mountain.
Warmdown with some chainbreakers, then COT, Coconut 6.
Honored and chuffed to get to lead at one of my favorite AOs.
