Station 1 – 20 rows, 20 curls, 20 Australian merkins; 20 ovh press. lunge walk to 1st landing OR bearcrawl to 1st landing. Go to station 2.
Station 2 – 20 squats with all your gear (if slick, jump squats). Then step up (chest to knee) r/l, squat all the way to the top of the stairs. 10 ballet squats on rail (squat on your toes while holding rail), 10 (each side) split squats (1 foot on bench). Back down ramp (fast pace ruck, or run).
EOMOM – 5 prisoner squats.
