Boot camp style workout. On the River. Amazing way to watch the sun come up and start the day with sweat pouring over your rejuvenated soul. Some ramps, lots of steps, a little concrete, a little grass, all the fixens for beautifully scripted beatdown!

Best Parking is on Cherry Street. **Please be considerate when you park on the side streets, keep the Mumblechatter at a minimum out of respect for the residents.**

    We warmed up with Side Straddle Hops, Hill Billy Double Taps, Crunchy Frogs then got to work.

    The Beatdown: We did Station Work where we did all 3 activities before we moved to the next station.

    Station #1
    A Burpees 15 Reps
    B Crunchy Frogs 25 Reps
    C Step Ups / Box Jumps 20 Reps
    Proceed up the Hill Side (Modify using the steps if necessary)

    Station #2
    A Superman Merkins 20 Reps
    B Big Boys (Increasing Jabs, Start 1, Finish w/20) 20 Reps
    C Dips 30 Reps
    Lunge to the Corner

    Station #3
    A Pivot Jump Shots (15 Each Side) 30 Reps
    B Decline Merkins 25 Reps
    C Hill Billy Double Taps 25 Reps
    Down Stairs and Ramp to Hand Rails

    Station #4
    A Australian Push Ups 20 Reps
    B Incline Close Grip Merkins (on the bar) 35 Reps
    C Underhand Australian Push Ups 20 Reps
    Interval 2 Laps, Sprinting by the River, jog the rest of the way around, then to Station 1

    We closed in the COT with the Count-O-Rama, Name-O-Rama. Hannibal was the 6. Hannibal is one of the most consistent HIMs and continues to lead by example. Its an honor to be your friend and F3 Brother! We ended in announcements and prayer. Please help us to be the men you created us to be and give us the strength to take the opportunities you give us to do good for You and our fellow man!!!
