Round 1: 36, 33, 30, 27 then run stairs x1
Round 2: 24, 21, 18, 15 run status x3
Round 3: 12, 9, 6, 3 run stairs x6
ROund 4: 30, 30, 30, 30 run stairs x9No one finished all 4 rounds in about 35 minutes of time. But a few were close. Key is everyone got a little bit better today and encouraged the guy next to him.
