Boot camp style workout. On the River. Amazing way to watch the sun come up and start the day with sweat pouring over your rejuvenated soul. Some ramps, lots of steps, a little concrete, a little grass, all the fixens for beautifully scripted beatdown!

Best Parking is on Cherry Street. **Please be considerate when you park on the side streets, keep the Mumblechatter at a minimum out of respect for the residents.**

    The Thang:
    Mission statement
    Five core principles
    Introduction
Counted off in twos forming two teams. Team hammers versus team hanks. Played a friendly game of wiffleball by which one team was up to bat and one team was in the field. One at a time the batting team would step up and hit the Wolfle ball off the tea and then pick up a baseball card which told the batter the results of the hit and what work had to be accomplished following the struck ball. Everyone on the defensive team would do the same work that the batter was instructed to do. 20 cards were laid out and the batter would choose one randomly the result of Annette that could have been any of the results in a typical baseball game. The objective was to scoreMore runs than the opponent. The other eight men on deck we’re doing work in front of a cone labeled with one exercise. After every batter finished his at bat everyone moved down one cone. Work was performed in this fashion until three outs were attained then we switch sides. We ended up getting through nearly 3 innings with the hammers winning 5 to 4.

*exactly enough pax posted to form two equal teams and me serving as the umpire. Great first go at this concept but was a little complicated to roll out at a 45 minute beatdown. I will definitely Bring this workout back again to and AO that is more conducive such as the gauntlet or the yard.
