Boot camp style workout. On the River. Amazing way to watch the sun come up and start the day with sweat pouring over your rejuvenated soul. Some ramps, lots of steps, a little concrete, a little grass, all the fixens for beautifully scripted beatdown!
Best Parking is on Cherry Street. **Please be considerate when you park on the side streets, keep the Mumblechatter at a minimum out of respect for the residents.**

We finished up in the COT with some (Moby) “Flower” (Sally up, Sally Down) Squats and some (Beastie Boys) “Girls” Side Straddle Hops / Jump Squats when they said “Girls”.
Did the Counterama/Namerama where Bourbon was the 6. Not only an Awesome Weasel Shaker but someone who constantly pushes himself and his F3 Brothers to get better and push harder. It is an honor to have you as a friend and brother!!. We finished up with anouncements and prayers. The highlight of the day way the mountain climb through snow drifts up to 3 feet. The climb is always a challenge. Adding the snow only increases the suck factor!! Great work gents!!!
