Bootcamp style workout. Group will meet at the Clock Tower on Levis Commons Blvd. The Clock Tower is located in the traffic circle near Funny Bone Comedy Club. Also a great night for some fellowship. The PAX typically head out for some second F at one of the nearby establishments.

Ran to the start of the Levis Commons Business section and did the following at particular locations:
Intersections: 7 Burpies
Light posts: 20 Squats
Trash Cans: 15 Big Boy Situps
Benches: 10 MerckinsWe made it all the way down to Biagis, crossed the road and then head back to the Clock Tower. To save time we elimated the light post exercises about half way back. Then as we got to 6:40pm we ran back to the clock eliminating everything except the burpies.
The six was Huffy.
